I am a DJ and music producer, and I have spent my whole life around sound. I first started listening to frequency tones at 14, and now at 42 I still use them every day, for focus, for winding down, and for sleep. They have been a real part of my routine for almost three decades.

Alongside producing music I am a longtime headphone and audio-gear enthusiast and a biohacker. I am the kind of person who tests things, compares them, and keeps only what actually helps. That habit is exactly why this site exists. I wanted the tones and tools I reach for to live in one honest place, free to play, clear about what is tradition and what is simply a pleasant sound to relax with.

Because I produce audio, I care about the details most sites skip: clean tone generation, real stereo separation for binaural beats, and gear recommendations I would actually use myself. Nothing here is scraped or faked. If I suggest a pair of headphones, it is because I believe in them.

What this site will and will not say

There are a lot of big claims floating around this world: that a certain tone repairs your DNA, cures pain, or detoxes your body. You will not find those claims here. I am not going to tell you the magic is real, and I am not going to sneer and tell you there is nothing to it either.

What I will tell you is the plainly true part: these are warm, lovely sounds that are easy to relax with, each carrying a meaning people have valued for a long time. I will describe what people experience, place the meaning in tradition, point you to real sources, and keep the safety notes simple and clear. Then I will let you take from it whatever feels true to you. That is the whole approach.
